The Role

As our Commercial Lead, you will:

  • Oversee all commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion

  • Manage cost planning, procurement, contracts, valuations, and final accounts

  • Lead and mentor junior commercial staff

  • Work closely with project managers, directors, and clients

  • Help drive growth and develop processes as we scale operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in a main contractor or developer environment

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting

  • A confident communicator with leadership skills and a proactive approach

  • MRICS / Degree or equivalent is a bonus but not essential

  • A genuine passion for delivering quality construction locally
