We're on the lookout for a super motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. We need someone with a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or building services engineering, at least 5 years' relevant experience, and a knack for working on all kinds of building services designs and projects in the South West region. Responsibilities
- Hunt for new opportunities and keep our existing clients happy
- Work with a cool design team to make sure we smash our project goals on time
- Make budgets for clients, track spending, and keep projects on budget and schedule
- Chat with clients and outside design teams to make sure projects go off without a hitch
- Keep an eye on training needs and stay up-to-date with all the latest technical stuff
- Write up specs, drawings, and contracts that stick to all the rules and standards
- Design electrical building services for buildings and infrastructure
- Spot any changes and keep an eye on the costs for all the stuff we're doing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or building services engineering or the same
- Membership in a cool professional group
- At least 5 years' relevant experience
- Good at AutoCAD, Revit, NES, Amtech, Cymap, and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving license
- Better than average English skills in speaking and writing
- Can handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Know your way around budgets and making smart money choices
