We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the cost of construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects progress efficiently, affordably, and safely. They will be responsible for assisting in the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process, preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and providing specialized advice in construction areas such as Life Cycle Costing (LCC).

Working alongside a Senior Technical Manager you will help set up a project of regional significance in the residential market.
