Due to continued success in Procuring new work, this specialist modular Contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on two projects in the Hampshire region.

Our ideal candidate will be from a Tier 2 Contractor with experience of managing multi - unit Construction programmes.

Job description

• Assisting in the preparation of programmes of work and monitoring schedules to ensure timely progress on site.

• Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team.

• Ensure our KPI measures are met; deliver projects without safety incidents, within time and to budget.

• Communication with the PM/operations to plan the site layout, site set-up and subcontractors etc.

• The successful completion and management of multiple projects.

• Report directly to senior management and collaborate closely with Commercial team, including Senior Quantity Surveyors, to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

• Project Management Degree / Equivalent experience

• Proven record of delivering large scale Commercial, Industrial or Residential projects

• Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, typically managing 3+ projects concurrently.

• Highly motivated with excellent people management skills.

• Strong commercial awareness.

• In-depth knowledge of construction contract laws and regulations.

• Ability to manage project budgets and financial aspects
