Due to ongoing work and new projects on-stream, this leading provider of housing seeks the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a local major project.

With a strong pipeline of work in the area they are looking to make an additional appointment with the regional commercial team.

You will be ideally based in South Wales the ability to work autonomously with support if required.

Projects are often negotiated working either open-book or under a JCT form of contract.
