Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Utilise CAD software and other tools to create accurate architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather essential data for project planning and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards throughout the design process.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project coordination and approvals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and other relevant software applications.
• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proven experience working in a similar role within the architectural industry.
• Strong technical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.
