Responsibilities
- Take the technical lead on large, complex architectural projects.
- Produce detailed design and technical drawings using Revit with high accuracy.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed technical designs, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Manage and coordinate planning applications, building regulations submissions, and other statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent is realised on site.
- Promote best practices in Revit use, ensuring model accuracy and consistency across project teams.
- Apply your technical knowledge to develop robust, innovative, and sustainable design solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture
- Chartered status (MCIAT) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Experience across RIBA Stages 4–7
- Full UK driving licence required
