Responsibilities

  • Take the technical lead on large, complex architectural projects.
  • Produce detailed design and technical drawings using Revit with high accuracy.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed technical designs, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate planning applications, building regulations submissions, and other statutory approvals.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent is realised on site.
  • Promote best practices in Revit use, ensuring model accuracy and consistency across project teams.
  • Apply your technical knowledge to develop robust, innovative, and sustainable design solutions.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture
  • Chartered status (MCIAT) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Experience across RIBA Stages 4–7
  • Full UK driving licence required
