This respected contractor seeks the appointment of a suitably Qualified Quantity Surveyor able to work as part of the management team, reporting to the Operations Manager with the support of the procurement and technical teams.

The role could lead to a regional lead role as the company expands its workload further in the South West

The role will see you take ownership of a very high-end lifestyle development you will report to a visiting commercial manager.

You will manage the subcontractor interface ensuring quality and value whilst reporting to the company board on all site matters.  The role is well-supported and will suit someone looking to move up into a commercial manager role.
