We're seeking a top-tier Senior Construction Planner to join our team and drive excellence in project management on major build endeavours.

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive construction plans for major project from inception to completion. 🔹 Collaborate closely with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. 🔹 Utilize advanced scheduling techniques and software to create detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and mitigating risks. 🔹 Monitor project progress, analyse deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timeline adherence. 🔹 Coordinate resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 🔹 Communicate proactively with project team members and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or challenges.

Requirements: 🔸 Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction planning and project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading major build projects. 🔸 Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as Asta or Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. 🔸 Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. 🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders. 🔸 PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
